Revival Hotel - Baltimore

The staff is extremely kind in particular Shawn, The room 1201 was really beautiful and clean.

Nothing negative.

Your hotel staff was stellar from the bellman to the reservations. Bar staff was a bit slow actually and many times no one was around for more than five to ten minutes. Food service in the bar was also slow. But friendly.

This is an beautiful old hotel in a very old historic part of Baltimore. The staff (from the bellmen, front desk and waitstaff) were the very best we have ever experienced they went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and were always helpful with any questions we had about the city and getting around. I loved the fact that they used our names and really seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. The restaurant Georges's was fantastic. We had wonderful breakfasts each morning,I highly recommend the amaretto french toast much more that just you usual plastic wrapped muffin and cold coffee like the chain hotels. Peaceful and charming would be good words to describe our visit and the fantastic view of the Washington Monument from our window. We were disappointed that our stay was not longer.

Valet parking is quite expensive at $30 per night. We were luck to find a self park lot just around the block for $7 per night. We left our car in the lot during our entire stay and walked and took the light rail into the downtown area.

Nice Room in a building with history, very friendly staff. Location is in the historical psrt of Baltimore, 20 min by foot from the harbourfront.

Size of the rooms.

The front staff was very nice but it was hard to hear them at times. Also, I was charged for parking even though I did not have a car. I had to take time to go to the front desk and get this changed. The check in time is also very late. I think 1 pm would be more appropriate.

Lovely architecture and decor. Beautiful room. Very comfortable mattress.

Good location close to inner harbor and Fort Mc Henry.

Valet parking too expensive but there are a few cheaper parking garages within a few blocks.

Lovely decor, friendly, helpful staff, walking distance or short cab or trains to universities, The Harbor, & the wonderful Walters Museum. Excellent restaurant in the hotel.Lots of closet/drawer space.

I love the older feel of the hotel. It took me back in time. The room was mostly peaceful and you could open the windows. I really liked that.

There wiring was hanging out in my room on the floor. Didnt look good. The shower could have been cleaned better. A few hairs was in there on the wall that I know werent mine. The parking is insanely high. I had to park on the street to save that way. It wasnt too bad, but Baltimore is not the safest place to walk alone at night. You guys really need to come down on your overnight parking. If it was even 15$ a night i would have probably paid it. But I parked on the lot for 7$ a night.

We loved the hotel and everyone that worked there. Awesome. Food was exellent. I need to check the price of my stay. I feel there is an error in my bill. Will check that today.

The location was great. We were there for a John Hokpins graduation and found the hotel to be a nice value with a good restaurant and bar. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Great evening dinner specials and Happy Hour. A city bus stop and a JHU shuttle were a block away from the hotel. Views of the Washingtom monument and the historic Catholic church from our room.....very nice.Rooms were clean, comfortable with nicely appointed detail with granite and marble.

Maid and cleaning service was not very good.

We had a very nice stay, but you could use some new bed pillows.

Very good location in the heart of an historic part of the city with some excellent restuarants and places of interest including the Walters Art Museum, overlooking the Washington Monument and but a short walk to Mount Vernon Place. There is a bus stop within 50 metres of the hotel which takes you down to the Inner Harbour The staff were exellent and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and trouble free. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel this year

All of the above that I rated excellent

The bar is extremely noisy. Very poor acoustics.
